Refund Policy

Last updated: April 2026

We want you to feel good about your subscription. If Tymly isn't right for you, here's how refunds work — clearly and without friction.

1. Eligibility

  • You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied with the service.
  • Renewal charges (after the first paid period) are generally non-refundable, but we review every case — see section 5.
  • The 7-day free trial is already free; no charge means nothing to refund. You can cancel anytime during the trial.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@tymly.app from the address on your account with:

  • The email used to subscribe
  • The date of the charge
  • A short note on why you'd like a refund (optional, helps us improve)

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days on our side. Your bank or card issuer typically takes another 5–10 business days to post the credit back to your statement.

4. Secure payments

All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. Tymly never sees or stores your full card details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Fair-use clause

Refunds are intended for genuine cases of dissatisfaction. We may decline requests that show signs of abuse — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, chargebacks filed without contacting us first, or use of the service in violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Cancelling vs refunding

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. If you'd like both, mention it in your refund email and we'll handle them together.
