Terms of Service

1. Using Tymly

You may use Tymly for personal time management. Don't misuse the service: don't try to break it, scrape it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

2. Subscriptions & billing

  • Premium plans are billed in advance at the price shown at checkout.
  • Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew every year.
  • All payments are handled by Stripe. Charges appear under "Tymly".
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for the next renewal.

3. Free trial

New subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged the regular price for the plan you chose.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time, but you can always cancel to prevent the next renewal.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day satisfaction window on your first paid charge. See our Refund Policy for full details, or email support@tymly.app.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

Tymly is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI suggestions will always be accurate. Use your judgment for important decisions.
