Tymly is provided by RJMONDO, S.L., a company registered in Spain. These terms form the agreement between you and RJMONDO, S.L.. By creating an account you accept them.
Tymly is an AI-assisted calendar and productivity service. It helps you plan your day, schedule events, set reminders and optionally sync with Google Calendar. Features vary by plan.
You must be at least 16 to use Tymly. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done through your account.
New users may start a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin it, and nothing is charged during the trial. The trial is available once per person; we use a non-identifying device signal to enforce this.
At the end of the trial your access simply pauses unless you choose a paid plan. You will never be charged automatically after a card-free trial.
As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Because Tymly is a digital service delivered immediately, at checkout we ask you to confirm two things: that you want the service to begin at once, and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once it does. If you give that confirmation, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase, as permitted by Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Independently of that, we offer a voluntary refund window described in our Refund Policy. That is a goodwill policy we choose to offer, not a statutory obligation.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate unused time.
You can delete your account permanently from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion cancels any active subscription, revokes the Google Calendar connection and erases your data. See mytymly.com/delete-account for details.
Use Tymly for lawful personal or professional time management. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, resell access, or use it to store or transmit unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
Your events, notes and preferences remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the service can work. The Tymly software, design and brand remain ours.
Tymly's assistant generates suggestions automatically and can be wrong. Always review anything that matters before relying on it. Tymly is a planning aid, not professional advice of any kind.
We work to keep Tymly reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement, including our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Tymly after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Before going to court, please write to support@mytymly.com — most issues are resolved quickly and directly.
